You will never find hazelnut or almond extract in these truffles!  We use only non-pareil whole nuts purchased from U.S. family farms.  Our homemade caramel is made with Vermont Grade B (Robust) Maple Syrup, Cabot butter, certified organic cane sugar, fresh cream.  Because we are a non-GMO farm, we replace corn syrup with Lundberg's certified organic brown rice syrup in our maple caramel.
